An Approval...

As you can see, I have received a letter from DBS Bank, approving my Renovation Loan.

I wished that I could put a smile on my face. But I couldn't. When I received the call from a Jenny (DBS) at 1321 hrs on Wednesday, 23rd August 2006, I was really very happy. But I couldn't show my happiness and excitement because I having a bad day.

Nevertheless, I'm really really happy that I've gotten approval for the loan. And I'm now able to start my renovation works soon. I don't want to waste more $ on payment for the rental to this current 5-room that I'm staying in.
