The Unsuspected...

Straight from the Heart. Right from the Heart.

This is my surprise gift to my partner. A cross pendant and a chain.
2 separate items especially choosen for her.
It was a quickie buy. Yet it was choosen and especially transferred from another outlet.
I've been thinking about this gift for almost 4 months now. And I've finally gotten it for her. It's not the $ that matters nor the brand. It's not even the thought that counts. Or, the thought that doesn't count. It's something more. Much much more.
It took alot of courage from me to get it for her. I pondered and I wondered. I didn't want to intrude. I didn't want to ask. I didn't want to say. I had thought it would happen naturally. But well...... Yet I know, somehow, I had to do it. And finally, that, I did....
I gave her hints via a self-composed poem last evening. It was fun having to think of it in like 5 mins while I was in the train to meet her at CCK Station.
She obviously didn't get my hint for she replied, "Li Gong Si Mi? Sex Toy, is it?"
Hahaha... Soo Funny!! I was smiling to myself..
Here's my Poem for her:-
Its simple and shiny
Its normal and uncomplicating
Its sleek and common
Nothing fantastic, nothing amazing
Yet its the chosen one
With deepest thoughts and feelings,
it is yours if you will

It took me a while to wonder how should I present it to her. It's a surprise. It's not meant to be a Birhtday gift (okie guys.. Her BIRTHDAY is coming.........). But, she was still so blur blur loh.... Hahaa... Asked her to take my wallet out from my bag. And she really did!! Aiyo.... The box was sitting nicely wrapped up in my bag.. Yet she didn't see the gift in my bag and headed straight for my wallet. And then, the poem also didn't ring a ding dong bell to her brain thereafter. Seeeeee... My Prince can be so SILLY & BLUR... I kept laughing and laughing and laughing at her.. Hehehee..
Well, I am happy that she's wearing it now. It looks nice. Simple and Shiny. A normal and uncomplicating cross pendant, with a sleek and common design. It is definately nothing fantastic and nothing amazing. A chosen one amongst the hundreds of designs I've already seen and short-listed. Thinking day and night, night and day, putting all my feelings in thinking, it is hers to keep if she is willing.
Okay, I'll leave the rest of the print to my partner now. Or else, there's nothing for her to say anymore, yah.. So, ladies and gentlemen, please proceed to her blog at, you know where la...
