I awoke at 12pm this afternoon.
I had my Berries, Raisins and Rum Muffins with my Illy coffee for my lunch today.
Well, the taste is definately there. I tried a slightly different recipe and it was overmixed. Hence, the outcome tasted alot like a sponge cake. Oh well, I'll just have to improvise and improve and try and try again.
Anyways, the whole afternoon, I was busy in front of my computer checking surfing and writing and keying and listening to everything. It's such a cooling afternoon with the rain pouring outside - pitter patter pitter patter...
Guppy is busy in the kitchen, preparing, dicing, slicing, chopping, massaging and stuffing the chicken to be roasted and mixing the meatballs for a family xmas dinner this evening. We would be heading out later in the night to meet up with a couple of friends for some drinks and yes, countdown to Chirstmas Day!
Oh, I've not forgotten about ddesert - Home-Made Catherine's Fruit Cake!!
