CNY Shopping...

I've been shopping lately. Nope, I wasn't spending every cent and dollar I have, but, I spent them wisely...

I've gotten myself good buys of:-

Pants (Topshop); Jeans (TopMan); Bermudas (Hob Nob); Undies (Calvin Klein); Bra (Marks & Spencer) ; Polo-Tee (Tommy Hilfiger), iPod Video Leather Case and Apple iPod USB Charger....

Well, I must say I'm darn pleased with all my purchases. Though I only bought some of them like in the middle of last week, but they were not impulsive buys. The rest of them were bought on Wednesday. Yes, Valentine's Day.. Hahaha..

Anyways, I can't wait to wear them.... Soon............

An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away...

I just baked these Apple Cinnamon Muffins this evening..

And yes, once again, they taste good.. It's crunchy at the top and chewy in the inside.... Yummy!!

Of late..

I know I've not been updating my blog for a while now, except for some pictures of what I've been baking.

Well, my brain juices hasn't been working very well other then being at work. I've been feeling very tired these past 2 weeks or so. And worst of all, I've not been able to fully recover from my flu. I went to the doctors again last night. I needed to have this flu virus thingy rid of my system fastest possible. Every day, every night, I'm sneezing and blowing my nose. It sounds like I'm goona have a 100 day flu thingy.. Hahaa..

So, yeah, it's just sooo not cool........... So perhaps that's the reason why I've not been able to update much over here at all. But no worries, I'm sure I'll be able to get around it soon..

So............... Wait ahhhh..

Virgin-ed....

My 1st attempt at baking a cake.... And I chose a easy recipe..

It's a Butter Cheese Cake..


The end result?? It's nice.. The sweetness is there.. It's moist enough.. Eh, but I can't taste the Cheese.. Trial & Error..


Well, I'll just have to practice more then...
